Rebedding hull windows
Windows are a weak point in the Leopards generally and all owners are eventually faced with the task of rebedding them. There are various explanations for the cause, but to my mind, the most likely is that the black sikaflex bedding compound is degraded by UV light and heat.
It is a very messy job to remove and rebed them and many owners on the Leopard forum have switched to a Dow corning product (795)as an alternative.
