JAMAICA 2
After finishing the last of the provisioning - a few extra bottles of booze to celebrate the birthdays etc and the visit to the markets we decided to sail the 30 odd miles to Negril on the western tip of Jamaica for a few days. That is even though we have to come all the way back to Montego Bay to clear out and get our international spacious to hand into the Caymans and then retrace our steps west to the Caymans!!
It was worth it though!
Ali and Ruth went for a walk first and met the LOVE DR!!! Then came back and convinced us to go and meet him!! I stayed on board to do a few things!! I don't know if I was sorry or glad as they certainly had a few laughs!!
He offers to take woman into his love shack and teach them all about love and the photo he is showing is of a tree that he carved to the shape huge penis!!!

I think all the gunga he has smoked has affected his brain but it was highly entertaining!! We didn't give him any business though. He wasn't even fazed when the guys turned up!!
In fact the locals didn't do very well at all from us as the gunga boat that came around selling marijuana didn't make a sale either!!
After making the return trip to clear out in Montego Bay we headed out to do an overnight sail to Cayman Brac.
Under Gennaker initially but we had to take it down for the night in case of squalls that we wouldn't be able to see coming.
Ali, Tom and Ruth taking the first night watch for us from 9pm to 12mn.
The early morning fishing seems to be our lucky time as Ruth pulled in a Mahi Mahi.
