Toasted Muesli

1/4 cup oil
1/4 brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup wheatgerm
1/2 cup bran flakes
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 - 1 cup raisins or sultanas

Put oil, sugar and honey into a saucepan.  Heat gently until sugar dissolves.  In a bowl combine rolled oats, coconut, wheatgerm, bran flakes, sesame and sunflower seeds and nuts.  Pour oil mixture over and mix thoroughly.  Turn into a large roasting pan.  Bake at 140 - 150o for 30 - 40 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir occasionally.  Leave to cool.  Add raisins or sultanas. End
